Guarantee(time): Warranty for machinery, material and equipment supplied under this quotation is valid for a period of 12 months after commissioning or 15 months after delivery whichever is earlier. Warranty shall cover manufacturing defect in material and workmanship but exclude: A. daily wear and tear mishandling or improper operation C. incoming power supply fluctuation D. consumable and spare parts.
Delivery Term: The contract will be effective when receive the payment or opening Letter of Credit, and the machine should be ready within 120 days.
Installation Charges: If the buyer needs Chinese engineer and technician, we will send them to install the machine and train the operator. The round-way tickets, 80 USD as every engineer/technician’s daily salary, accommodation, meal and airport pick-up and drop-off are born by the buyer.
