Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and return policy. 1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order number) must be provided.
  • Certain products, such as customized machinery or software licenses, may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at our office within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided by CBECL. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you. You may be required to provide photos or other evidence of the damage or defect.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged:

  • Customized or specially ordered machinery or equipment.
  • Digital products (e.g., software, licenses, project profiles) that have been activated or downloaded.
  • Products with missing serial numbers or tampered packaging.

6. Warranty Claims

7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
